analysis and consultation work for textile process houses. Expanding the work, it started the
full-fledged laboratory for the measurement of almost all the environmental parameters. After

POLLUCON LABORATORIES PVT. LTD. is a commercial testing laboratories with a
particular specialization in environmental analytical services. The use of modern analytical
techniques, high quality instrumentation, and sophisticated information management systems
allows the laboratories to provide a wide range of services for industry and government.
PLPL is a customer-oriented organization committed to providing the best services, the
highest quality of analysis, and the most reliable and defensible data obtainable. The
Laboratories members participate in the proficiency testing program for a list of parameters
registered with the accreditation bodies. The laboratories are accredited by N.A.B.L.
(National Accreditation Board of Laboratories) ISO/IEC 17025 and recognized by MoEF
(Ministry of Environment and Forest) under section 12 A of EPA.
The laboratories provide testing, and consulting services on a commercial basis for
environmental monitoring and assessment for compliance to regulations, water/effluent
quality for industrial and domestic applications, and a variety of other processes and
products and also for characterization of Hazardous waste.
POLLUCON services are performed by highly skilled professionals and technicians using
industry accepted methods. The professional staff is experienced in providing solutions for
organic, inorganic, and bacteriological testing and sampling problems, and can help design
or recommend the appropriate methodology for specific projects.
The analytical instrumentation in the facilities include: AAS, GC, flame photometer, Bomb
Calorimeter, TCLP, Furnace for Elemental Analysis, Laminar Air Flow, Spectro- photometer
and other analytical instruments.
The laboratory information management system (LIMS) is a specifically designed PC based
system. This LIMS provides the laboratory with state-of-the-art sample registration and
process tracking, quality control monitoring, and custom reporting/invoicing capabilities.
Since 1999, POLLUCON has participated in a variety of projects requiring analytical
laboratory services. Our clientele includes consulting engineers, private individuals,
governments and industries.
