was established in 1991 by Mr. Girish P. Dingre. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute Of Technology
(IIT), Mumbai. Initially the Organization started as a proprietary concern which grew into a private
limited company in a short period of 3 years.
Our MD, Mr. Girish is registered as Principal Environmental Auditor with the internationally
acclaimed Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). The IEMA is a
non-profit-making organisation established to promote the best practised standards in
environmental management, auditing and assessment.
Mr. Girish is also a WMC - Waste Minimisation Circle - facilitator, trained by the NPC - National
Productivity Council of India. The World Bank has taken initiative to form WMCs in small and
medium enterprises across the globe. This is being implemented in India by the NPC, through the
Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India.
We are registered with several state Pollution Control Boards, such as the boards of Madhya
Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, etc. These boards are enforcing agencies
for environmental legislations in India. Our reports have been submitted for certification to the
worldwide statutory authorities in many places such as the U. S. A., Saudi Arabia, Germany, etc.
Din & Gray offers Environmental services worldwide to both newly formed projects and to existing
organisations. Our services cover all aspects of environment right from impact analysis to ISO
certification. This includes monitoring, analysis, designing, training, handholding during
implementation, auditing and suggesting corrective actions.
We also offer OHSAS - Occupation Health and Safety Assessment Series - 18001 certification. It
is intended to help organizations to control occupational health and safety risks. OHSAS was
developed in response to the widespread demand for a recognized standard against which an
organization can be assessed and certified.
